FLORENCE... Home of great art and architecture…Our Guided City Tour takes us to see Ghiberti's Bronze Doors, Michelangelo's "David", the Duomo, Uffizi Galleries, Medici Chapels, and the Pitti Palace. Stroll across the Ponte Vecchio to the Florence Synagogue. We’ll dance the night away at the Space Electronic Dance Club, where ATW makes special arrangements to join other teens from the U.S. PISA... Get a great, but not straight, photo of the Leaning Tower. SORRENTO... Take the Amalfi Drive, the most beautiful stretch in the Mediterranean, where orange grove-covered mountains meet the sea...Hydrofoil to Capri...We’ll take the boat trip around the Island, then go underground to explore the many grottos that make this area unique. ROME... You’ll explore the Colosseum, Forum, and Circus Maximus. Stroll the Via Veneto, walk down the Spanish Steps, and throw a penny in the Trevi Fountain. We’ll tour Vatican City with our Rome City Guide, and marvel at St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Finally, we’ll spend an evening at the Piazza Navonna, where we can all enjoy a tartuffo at Tre Scalini. VENICE... After arriving in the "Floating City" we’ll go by water taxi to St. Mark's Square. We’ll feed the pigeons, cruise the Grand Canal on a Moonlight Gondola Ride, and walk across the Rialto Bridge and the Bridge of Sighs. Our Venice City Guide will take us to the Jewish Ghetto and to see the world-famous Murano glass blowers. We’ll take a vaporetto to Lido Beach and relax with the jet-setters on the shores of the Adriatic. Then we say good-bye to Italy and hello to a week of cruise ship luxury!
